When?

• April 3 - April 6 2025
• First workshop starts Friday at 17:00
• Last workshop starts Monday at 17:00

What?

• 3 or 4 longes
• 10 workshop rounds of each 2/3 workshops (intermediate, upper intermediate, advanced)
• Handstand workshop in the morning
• Non stop free training
• Sleeping in a big sleeping room on your own comfy airbed, thermorest, yogamat, acro partner, ...
• Food, on-site catering (vegetarian/vegan)
• Belgian beers!
• Max. 75 participants

Prerequisites?

• Some experience with standing acro is required.
• Comfortable in 2-high.
• Having tried some pitching or tempos.
• Having tried some icarian games.
• If h2h is not your thing, you will still have at least one workshop in each round that doesn't teach h2h-tricks.

Prices

Refund policy

• If you wish to cancel before 1st February, we will deduct €50 of your refund.
• No refunds after February 2nd
• Of course we can always try to resell your ticket to people on the waiting list.
• You are free to resell your ticket. But inform the organiser of any resales to avoid issues.
  If you cannot find a buyer please contact us.

Waiver of liability

By registering for this convention, participants claim responsibility for their own safety and the risks involved when practicing acrobatics.

Wybren Wouda

Wybren is one of the best known teachers in Europe, currently teaching at Codarts Circus Arts, Rotterdam.

He has been involved in Sports- and Circus Acrobatics alike since he was a child, and has become world-renown for analyzing dynamic skills, his demanding drills and attention to minute detail.

He has the ability to break down the most complex tricks and instruct students step-by-step in the pre-exercises that lead up to it.

The rumor goes he sometimes even gives compliments

Paulo Carolo

Paulo

He is 32 years old, very active since young age he grow up in Lamego, Portugal where he practiced handball sport since early age, Paulo and his team won some trophies in the national championship.

Afterwards, he joined the army for 7 years, he got to be the responsible of the physical training of the soldiers. Once finished his service, he moved to Brussels and he got introduced to Acroyoga.

Since then he has been consistently training, participating and teaching in all international festivals he can.

Completed his teacher training in Bali 2020.

Paulo is seduced by the fun, the complicity and infinite possibilities in acroyoga and acrobatics.

Route

From Brussels Airport

1. IC train (32 min) to Antwerpen Centraal
2. Walk to Rooseveltplaats (7 min)
3. Take bus 610 to Oelegem (43 min)
   bus stop = Schoten Delafaillelaan
4. Walk, look for balloons (2 min)

From Charleroi airport

The train ride will take a bit longer.

I would advice taking the shuttle to Antwerp.

FAQ

When do the workshops start on Friday?

The first workshops will start at 17:00.

When does the last workshop end on Monday?

The last workshop end on 17:00.
(Please stay a little longer and help with the cleanup.)

Where do we sleep?

In different sleeping rooms. Please let us know if you won't be sleeping in the hall. Bring your own mat and sleeping bag. We need the crash mats for our training.
You can also sleep in your tent on the grass field of the play ground if you want. The weather could be nice already.

Can I buy more then 1 day-ticket ?

Yes, fill in the registration form multiple times.

Can I sleep in a camper ?

Yes it's possible to sleep in a camper near the venue.

Can I bring kids ?

Yes, kids are welcome. But please take the following into account:

• There are no workshops oriented for preadolescences.
• We do not have entertainment for them.
• The sleeping space is a communal gym.
• Ensure safety for both the children and the other participants.
  (Playing/running around people doing acrobatics can be very dangerous.)

Vegetarian food

There will be vegetarian and vegan options.

Drinks and snacks

Potable tap water is available for free.(At any faucet.)
There will be red and white wine available, as well as Belgian beer (Jupiler, Duvel, La Chouffe). at democratic prices

There will also be free snacks, and lots of easter eggs !

If I need to cancel the event → you get your money back.
